Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

USA Orders:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
- Out of stock products will generally take about 3-4 weeks to ship
International Orders:
- Delivery times vary by location, generally 7–21 business days.
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Damages & Issues

We take care to package every product securely. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@bimmersource.us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

If an item is marked as a pre-order or backorder, shipping times may be longer. We’ll keep you updated via email.
