The ARM Charge Pipe C-Clip replaces the stock clip for all BMW's with N54, N55, and S55 engines.  This clip also fits all ARM charge pipes for these engines as well.  Over time the stock clip can get worn out, causing your stock or upgraded charge pipe to pop off the throttle body under boost.  This clip is a perfect replacement if your stock clip isn't holding your charge pipe to the throttle body.
