The factory BMW S55 air-to-water intercooler can become a limiting factor as boost and horsepower increase beyond factory levels. Its plastic construction and factory cooling core weren’t designed with high-horsepower applications in mind.

The RVNG S55 Upgraded Air-to-Water Intercooler was developed to provide improved cooling efficiency, increased durability, and reliable performance for both stock and modified S55 applications.

Featuring a high-density, dual-pass aluminum bar-and-plate core and durable cast aluminum construction, our intercooler is designed to improve heat transfer and help maintain consistent intake air temperatures under demanding conditions.

The upgraded aluminum construction eliminates the factory plastic housing, providing a stronger and more durable solution for higher boost applications.

Each intercooler is finished in a durable black powder coating for a clean OEM+ appearance and long-lasting protection.

Designed using 3D scanning and CAD technology, the RVNG intercooler is a direct bolt-in replacement for the factory unit. Every intercooler is hand-welded, pressure-tested, and inspected before shipment to ensure consistent quality and reliability.
